With Beard & Belt Handyman LLC, I will never treat you like a number or just another paycheck.  I created this company to help my neighbors and to use the knowledge and experience I have to make their lives easier.

When you call my phone number, you aren’t going to get some corporate office in some far away place.  You will get my mobile phone.  Or if I am busy (which I can be when talking to clients or working on something that needs my full attention), you can leave me voicemail and I will actually call you back.

I am also very responsive with my email.  I have talked to people who have had experiences when they send email to a company, they never hear back.  Or if they do, they just get a standard form response and no actual answer.  Again, this company is just me.  When you email me, I will email you back.  I personally get very annoyed when I can’t get ahold of a company.

I don’t have “normal business hours”.  When my neighbors need me, I am there for them.  I understand that most people have a typical 9-5 job, and can’t afford to take a day off to wait around for the “repair guy.”  I will always be on time and ready to work when I tell you I will be there.  I also do appointments on evenings and weekends.
